A grounding Yoga and Breathwork practice
This gentle breath centered experience combines grounding yoga and breathwork to support the release of tension, stress, and overwhelm. Created for those seeking nervous system support, this workshop offers accessible tools to cultivate resilience in daily life through incremental change.
Together, we will explore practices that encourage a deeper sense of calm, balance, and well-being. Designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body, cultivating greater awareness, ease, and connection to your inner wisdom.
We will close with a guided breathwork meditation, providing space for renewal and practical techniques you can carry with you to navigate everyday stress with more ease and presence.
