During this 90-minute guided adventure, you’ll:
🎃 Discover the spooky secrets of fungi that feed on the forest’s dead and bring it back to life
🎃 Watch a live log inoculation demonstration (it’s less creepy than it sounds… mostly)
🎃 Wander our woodland mushroom trail, where the forest whispers and the fungi glow
🎃 Learn about bioluminescent mushrooms, parasitic fungi, and the strange partnerships that fuel the living (and the no-longer-living) woods
🎃 Whether you come for the science, the folklore, or just the fall atmosphere, this tour promises a hauntingly good time for all ages.
Before You Come:
🎃 Closed-toed shoes are a must for the trail.
🎃 Bring water and a light jacket — October air can get crisp.
🎃 The show goes on in light rain; only heavy storms move us indoors.
🎃 Service animals are welcome; please, no pets.
🎃 You’re welcome to enjoy a picnic or cider in our outdoor area after the tour.
