Sacred Sound Journey
Autumn's invitation is to shift our perspective: instead of focusing on the shedding and the perceived lack, we are asked to look back at the harvest and acknowledge the fullness and richness that the previous seasons have yielded and to trust in the unseen reserves that are preparing us for the next cycle.
This 75-minute sound immersion opens you to the vibration of abundance: fullness, gratitude, and receiving. Through harmonic resonance and gentle guidance, you'll soften scarcity patterns and reconnect with the richness already within and around you. A season of harvest. Lynette and Kris will weave a harmonic tapestry using crystal bowls, chimes, voice, and other sacred instruments designed to soothe the nervous system, realign your energy, and open pathways for fresh inspiration. Personalized energy work will gently support each participant, helping you release what no longer serves and welcome what’s ready to unfold.
