A Gratitude & Heart-Opening Cacao Ceremony
As the seasons shift, we’re invited to slow down, turn inward, and honor the abundance already present in our lives. 🤎
Under the grounding energy of the Capricorn Moon, with Venus and Mercury emerging from retrograde, we gather to reflect, release, and reconnect with the beauty of gratitude.
This is a time to honor how far we’ve come, embrace the lessons that have shaped us, and open our hearts to everything still unfolding.
Through ceremonial cacao, intentional connection, breathwork, meditation, and healing sound vibrations, journal prompts and connection exercises. We will create space to cultivate gratitude for the past, presence in the moment, and abundance for the future.

I honor and incorporate ceremonial Mayan cacao practices rooted in my Mexican heritage. This space is non-denominational, non-discriminatory, and open to all, inviting everyone to join in a spirit of inclusivity and connection.
Feel free to bring a journal, a cozy blanket, and anything that helps you feel grounded and comfortable. Let’s celebrate gratitude together!
