ARRIVE 6:15 – 6:30 PM: come in, choose your spot and settle.
6:30 PM: opening welcome and introductions.
A deep, drone-based sound bath and sound healing journey. This sound journey is unique from the others. Instead of melody, it focuses on drones, layered sounds, and the perfect fifth — going deeper and deeper into one sound: OM. The sound said to be contained in all sounds.
Instrumentation includes male and female shruti box, a 34" Grotto Sonoro gong, a deep singing bowl selection, and the human voice. This journey also introduces the practice of self-generated vocal toning, its benefits, and an option to participate.
Thick mats, sheepskins, blankets, bolsters and tea all provided.
WHERE: Private home studio in Terwillegar, Edmonton. The exact address comes with your registration. Intimate group, 8 people maximum.
