Designed to be relaxed, welcoming and supportive, each session is an opportunity to enjoy the therapeutic benefits of nature while spending time with others.
From planting and potting to exploring our greenhouse and enjoying seasonal garden activities, thereāll be plenty to get involved with - followed, of course, by time to socialise over refreshments.
The club is dementia-friendly, and we warmly welcome people from our local community to join us.
