About this Event
Please join us for "Beyond the Borders," our 2027 spring concert/workshop series featuring our main artist, Valerick Molinary. Our concert is on Saturday, April 10, 2027 and will feature Valerick, many guest dance troupes and the Habibi Dancers. Valerick will be leading our workshops on Saturday, April 10, 2027 and on Sunday, April 11, 2027. This will be a great dance weekend!
Valerick Molinary began belly dance training at 13 yrs old in San Juan, Puerto Rico. By the time she was 18yrs old, she started performing in a Palestinian-owned restaurant in Puerto Rico. Valerick started traveling to Lebanon and Egypt to learn from the source and trained with several amazing dance artists. She was fortunate enough to have won several competitions, which allowed her to get her name out there and receive invitations to teach and perform around the world. Valerick is currently based in Miami, Florida.
