The GrowlersCity Club Live 10th Anniversary tour
Monday, April 26th
Turner Hall Ballroom
Doors 7pm // Show 8pm
Released in 2016, City Club stands as one of The Growlers’ most defining and influential albums. Produced by Julian Casablancas and Shawn Everett and released via Casablancas’ Cult Records, the album marked a bold evolution for the band, pairing their signature California psych-surf spirit with a darker, sleeker, synth-driven edge.
Anchored by fan favorites like “City Club,” “Night Ride,” “Dope on a Rope,” “I’ll Be Around,” “Vacant Lot,” and “When You Were Made,” the record captures The Growlers at their most cinematic and emotionally charged.
The album has amassed over 300 million streams on Spotify, with “Night Ride” certified Gold, cementing City Club as a late-night cult classic that soundtracked a generation drawn to its neon-lit melancholy, romantic disillusionment, and unmistakable West Coast cool.
