Come shop with Savvy Events and 350 amazing vendors at the BRAND NEW Williamsburg Sports & Events Center this OCTOBER 2-4, 2026!! This beautiful venue is amazing and beautiful! Booths are starting to FILL UP FAST!
Our dates are Friday, October 2- move in from 9-4, Special pre ticketed event for local Non-Profit fundraiser with Live Jazz Band, Cash Bar from 5-8PM.
Saturday, October 3- 9-3PM open to public. Tickets available for purchase soon or at gate day of show.
Sunday, October 4- 10-3PM open to public. Tickets available for purchase soon or at gate day of show.
Vendor move out from 3-7PM Sunday!
Payment MUST be made to secure spots when signing up.
We have 350- 10x10 booths and we ARE ACCEPTING mobile trailers/Boutique trailers INSIDE the facility, NO VEHICLES allowed to stay inside the facility.(Pricing is $275 per 10x10 space. So if trailer is 42’ you will need 5 booths and possibly 6 if your selling outside your booths)
If you are thinking about bringing a boutique trailer I need to know asap due to mapping.
Booths will have pipe and drape separating backs of booths.
10x10 Empty Booths- $275 each
Power- $35
6’ table and two chairs- $ 20
Prices include both Friday- Sunday
NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON!!
One Business per booth strictly enforced and no sharing of booths allowed!
Hotels are out for bid and we will be blocking rooms off at certain hotels in the near future!
This will be a ticketed event for customers and we will offer Active Military and Veterans discounts!
