Join the Toy Rescue Society for our monthly Great Toy Rescue at the Edgewood Community Clubhouse—a FREE community event where kids get to give toys a second life!
♻️ Bring toys your family has outgrown. Rescue some new-to-you favorites. Or just come join the fun!
You do NOT have to donate toys to participate. We believe there are already more than enough toys in the world—they just need to keep moving from the kids who are done loving them to the kids who will love them next.
How does a Toy Rescue work?
Our team collects, cleans, sorts, and organizes gently loved toys so they're ready for their next little owner. When you arrive, kids get to explore the tables, hunt for treasures, and choose toys they're excited to bring home.
There’s no money exchanged, no strict one-for-one trading, and no requirement to bring anything. We simply ask families to rescue thoughtfully so there’s plenty of fun to go around.
🎉 And it's more than just toys!
The Great Toy Rescue is meant to feel like a neighborhood get-together. Come hang out, meet other local families, enjoy free pizza, games, kids' activities, prizes, and plenty of toy-rescuing fun.
Have clean, gently loved toys sitting at home? Bring them along! We'll help get them right back into the hands of another child.
Don't have anything to donate? Come anyway. Seriously. 💚
🧸 What to Bring
If you'd like to donate, we happily accept clean, gently loved toys that are complete, safe, and ready for another child to enjoy. We accept toys, books, games, puzzles, ride on toys, plush items, light baby and sports gear.
Most importantly, bring the kids and let THEM experience the magic of our Toy Rescue!
