Get your wellies ready and join us for The Great Ribble Valley Halloween Dog Walk! 🎃🐾
The Black Bull & Valley View Dog Daycare are teaming up for a spooktacular morning of dogs, muddy paws, breakfast butties and a beautiful walk through the Ribble Valley countryside!

🥓 Breakfast served from 10:00am
🐾 Walk starts at 10:30am
🎟️ £5 per person – including a breakfast sandwich & brew
🥾 4km circular route – approximately 1–1.5 hours
We'll meet at The Black Bull from 10am, where you'll be able to enjoy your breakfast sandwich and a brew (included in your ticket!) before we set off together at 10:30am for our 4km Halloween loop.
And because it wouldn't be Halloween without a little fancy dress… dogs and humans are encouraged to get spooky! 🎃👻 There'll be a prize for the best-dressed dog, so we want to see your best Halloween creations!
The walk is open to everyone! Bring your friends, family and, of course...you dogs!
🥾 PLEASE READ...About the route
This is a proper Ribble Valley countryside walk, so please come prepared!
The route includes muddy and uneven ground, fields, stiles and countryside footpaths. It is NOT suitable for prams or pushchairs and sensible, waterproof footwear is strongly recommended!
Expect muddy paws, muddy boots and probably a few muddy humans too!
🐾 Dogs must be kept on leads at all times throughout the walk.

Once we're back, why not make a day of it and stay for lunch and drinks at The Black Bull?
Booking for lunch is essential, so please reserve your table with the pub in advance if you'd like to stay afterwards.
