🌺 The Great Remembrance Convoy 🌺📍 National Memorial Arboretum, Staffordshire

Join us for a very special Remembrance Convoy as we come together to honour those who have served and sacrificed.
Whether you’re paying tribute to the fallen of our Armed Forces, the brave men and women of the Emergency Services, or remembering a loved one, this event offers a meaningful and respectful way to show gratitude and remembrance.
🚐 Who can attend?
All makes and models of campervans are welcome, along with all makes and models of VW vehicles.
🎫 Tickets
Tickets are £10 per vehicle (not per person).
£5 from every ticket will be donated to the National Memorial Arboretum charity.

🇬🇧 The Convoy
We will assemble at Brindley Drive before setting off together, proudly displaying poppies, Union flags, and personal tributes.
There’s no right or wrong way to decorate – it’s your vehicle, your tribute.
➡️ You do NOT need to decorate your vehicle to take part.
The convoy will travel in unity to the National Memorial Arboretum, arriving at approximately 09:45.

🕊️ Remembrance Service
🕥 10:45am
We will gather for a remembrance service including:
• A 2-minute silence
• The Last Post
• A short service of remembrance
After the service, you are free to explore the memorial gardens at your own pace.
🕔 The gardens close at 5pm.

ℹ️ Essential Information
• Café and restaurant available on-site
• You may join the convoy OR head straight to the venue
• Pre-booking is essential due to limited parking and high demand
• Limited spaces available

🐶 Dog Policy
• Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times
• Please clean up after your dog
• Be mindful of other visitors and the symbolic nature of the site
• Dogs are not permitted in:
• Children’s play areas
• Armed Forces Memorial
• Land train, buggies, or mobility scooters
• Only assistance dogs allowed in play areas
