Did you know that Saturday, October 10th is National Costume Exchange Day? The South St. Paul Mayor’s Youth Task Force and Dakota County Kaposia Library are teaming up to host the 7th Annual Great Hallow-Green Costume Exchange. Starting Tuesday, September 22nd, you can bring new or gently used, laundered costumes to the Kaposia Library and receive a "NEW to YOU" coupon to trade for a costume on October 10th from 10:00 to 11:30 am at the Kaposia Library.
If you do not have a costume to exchange, you can still participate and shop starting at 10:30 am by making a monetary and or food donation to Neighbors, Inc for the costume. Any remaining costumes will be donated to Neighbors, Inc Clothes Closet. We are thinking green here in South St. Paul.
