Here’s some of what we have planned:
? DOCK DIVING
Let your dog make a splash! Dock Diving will be open throughout the event in shared 30-minute sessions. $20 per dog.
? DOG AGILITY
Come play on the agility course! Whether your dog already knows the ropes or you just want an opportunity to get out and have some fun together, agility sessions will be available for $10 per dog.
? TRUNK OR TREAT...FOR DOGS!
Yep. Bring the dog! Our participating vendors are planning treats, games, activities, and plenty of fall fun as you make your way around the event.
✂️ NAIL CLINIC WITH ITCHY POOCH
This one deserves its own shoutout! The Itchy Pooch, Inc. will be onsite offering nail trims during Dogtoberfest. Come for the fun, leave with slightly less click-clacking across your kitchen floor. ?
? COMPLIMENTARY AKC TESTING
We’ll also be offering complimentary evaluations for AKC Trick Dog titles at the Beginner/Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced levels, plus Canine Good Citizen (CGC) testing. Evaluations are at 11 AM and 1 PM and require advance registration.
**AKC application/submission fees are separate.
? PET PORTRAIT SESSION WITH TRISH
Capture a moment in time forever with a Pet Portrait Session in front of a carefully crafted Fall Backdrop.
? DOG COSTUME CONTEST + GAMES
Start planning those costumes! We’ll have a costume contest along with simple games and activities throughout the event.
❤️ SUPPORT VALLEY ANIMAL HAVEN
We’re also excited to have Valley Animal Haven as our sponsored local shelter for Dogtoberfest. Optional donations will be accepted during the event to support the work they do for animals in our community.
PLUS local vendors including Creative Pet Accessories, Itchy Pooch, Perfectly Potted Succulents, Happi -Hands and Paws Prevail inc., Kemet's Kingdom, and more!

Come for an activity, stay for the afternoon, dress up your dog, meet some new people, try something new, or just enjoy being surrounded by a bunch of other people who also think spending a Saturday centered entirely around dogs sounds like a perfectly reasonable life choice. ??
We’d love to have you join us!
