Halloween weekend in northeast Houston and MPH Comedy is giving you the best option out there. No costume required. No candy. Just three comedians who know exactly what they are doing and a room full of people who are about to find out.
The Grand Slam is back at Charlie's Watch Bar and this time it is on a FRIDAY NIGHT. October 30th. Six months in. The room keeps delivering. This one is no different.
Doors open at 8:00 PM. Show starts at 8:30 PM.

Houston comic. Passed at the Riot Comedy Club. Performs all over town. Leans into the awkward, the honest, and the stuff most people try not to say out loud. He sets the tone for the night and this room is going to love him immediately.

Originally from Corpus Christi and now a Houston mainstay. His comedy is a frenetic blend of high energy storytelling and crowd work with an emphasis on being completely in the moment. Semi-finalist in the Funniest Person in Texas competition and the Best Comic in Houston competition. National television debut on iCrime with Elizabeth Vargas. Featured on ESPN Radio Houston. A regular at the Houston Improv. Doug Dalton shows up to every room ready to turn it upside down.

If you were in this room in May or June you already know. First female champion of the Miller Lite Stand Up competition that launched Bernie Mac, Cedric the Entertainer, and Sheryl Underwood. NBC's Last Comic Standing. BET's Comic View. Jamie Foxx Presents America's Funniest Comics. Performed for troops in Korea, Iraq, Japan, and Africa. Houston Improv regular. If you were here when she headlined The Grand Slam before you know that credentials only tell half the story. The other half happens when she takes the mic and decides the audience is the show.
