Children must not be left unattended.
Free admission does not exempt a child from applicable venue capacity, safety, or occupancy requirements.
3. REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
A purchaser's change of plans, inability to attend, transportation difficulties, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or failure to attend does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.
If the event is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or materially changed, available remedies will be determined in accordance with applicable law, Eventbrite's applicable requirements, and the circumstances of the change.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. EVENT PROGRAM & CHANGES
Advertised performers, DJs, MCs, musicians, entertainment, activities, food service, schedules, and programming are subject to reasonable change.
The organizer may substitute, reschedule, modify, or cancel individual elements of the program where reasonably necessary because of performer availability, operational requirements, safety considerations, venue requirements, or circumstances outside the organizer's reasonable control.
A reasonable change to an individual performer, activity, schedule, or other non-material component of the event does not by itself guarantee a refund, except where required by applicable law.
5. CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND THE ORGANIZER'S REASONABLE CONTROL
The organizer is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, government or public-authority requirements, utility failures, transportation disruptions, venue-related emergencies, or similar unforeseen circumstances.
Any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or other response to such circumstances will be handled in accordance with applicable law and applicable ticketing-platform requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer will not be responsible for harm caused solely by an attendee's own conduct, the conduct of unrelated third parties, or circumstances outside the organizer's reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
7. PERSONAL PROPERTY
Attendees are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the organizer is not responsible for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal property where the loss or damage was not caused by the organizer's negligence or other conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

Valid government-issued identification may be required.
Alcohol service may be refused or discontinued where required or permitted by law or venue policy.
Purchasing an event ticket does not guarantee alcohol service.
