About this Event
Inspired by English author John Polidori's gothic novel The Vampyre, written in 1819, The Vampyr; or The Bride of The Isles was among the first and most influential works to create the vampire craze of the 19th century.
We promise to camp it up as much as possible and do it no justice at all.
Elm and ivan of Midnight in Melbourne invite you to join us on stage at the Penny Black for a spooooooky night of breathing some life into this (not unfairly) forgotten cadaver. We have a lot of roles and silly costumes to go around and would love to see you ruin them.
Previous acting experience and talent unnecessary and possibly a hindrance.
