The Golden Thread: A 2.5-Hour Late October Hatha Yoga Immersion

As the autumn days grow shorter and the external world begins to turn inward, it is natural to feel a little scattered, cold, or ungrounded. In yoga and Ayurveda, this late-October shift is governed by Vata energy—characterized by air, change, and a drop in temperature. To help you counter the seasonal chill and anchor your busy mind, I invite you to follow The Golden Thread—a deeply stabilizing 2.5-hour workshop designed to warm your body, illuminate your inner light, and guide you into absolute rest.
✨ What We Will Explore Together:
Part 1: The Solar Anchor (75 Mins): A slow, deliberate Hatha Asana practice focused on lower-body stability, core-warming flows, and steady posture holds to build gentle internal heat and clear physical tension.
Part 2: The Lunar Integration (75 Mins): A cosy transition into warming pranayama (breathwork), deeply nurturing restorative shapes wrapped in heavy blankets, and a soothing Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep) journey to help you let go of what no longer serves you—just like the falling leaves.
Carve out a long afternoon of complete sanctuary, this workshop will leave you feeling warm, anchored, and deeply restored.
