Work on fundamental skill development as well game situational play to stay focused during the holiday break.
This holiday break mini-camp will involve on-ice training as well as off-ice cognitive training.
The schedule is as follows:

9:00 am Arrive
9:10 am - 10:00 am Brain Gym Session
10:15 am - 11:15 am On-Ice Session
11:30 am - 12:00pm Lunch (BYO)
12:00 pm - 12:30 pm Video review
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm Off-Ice Session & Off-Ice Shooting Session
1:45pm - 2:45pm On-Ice Session
3:00 pm Dismissed
Ice hockey camp for players ages 8U, 10U, 12U & 14U
We are a nut free facility. Please do not bring in nut products.
Camp fees are non-refundable.
Cost is $185.00 per player per day
