About this Event
Gratitude is often understood as a practice of noticing what is good in our lives, yet some of our most profound gratitude can arise in closer relationship with change, loss, and impermanence. In these tender and shifting places, we are sometimes able to see more clearly what has truly mattered, what has shaped us and what continues to live within us even after things have changed.
In this gentle, reflective workshop, we will explore the meeting point between gratitude and impermanence through mindfulness practices, guided inquiry, journaling, and soft, embodied movement. There will be space to slow down, to listen inwardly, and to meet your own lived experience with care and curiosity rather than judgment.
Together, we will create a supportive space to acknowledge what has formed us, what we are learning to release, and what we choose to carry forward. We will explore how gratitude is not something we have to force or manufacture, but something that can naturally arise when we meet life as it is — with presence, honesty, and a willingness to stay open to both beauty and complexity.
