Held on November 11, The Gateway Within offers an intentional space for reflection, alignment, and new beginnings. Through thoughtfully guided experiences, you'll have an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and remember the power you hold to create what comes next.
What to Expect
We will offer a thoughtfully guided blend of:
Mindfulness and guided meditation
Personal reflection and journaling
Authentic conversation and connection
Interactive experiences
Shamanic drumming
Space for rest and stillness
Shamanic drumming uses rhythmic sound to support relaxation, reflection, and a deeper connection with oneself. No previous experience is necessary.
You're invited to engage in the ways that feel supportive to you. There is no pressure to share, perform, or participate beyond your comfort level.

Guests are invited to arrive between 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. to check in, settle into the space, enjoy the café, and connect before the guided retreat begins at 11:00 a.m.
What to Bring & Know Before You Go
Dress comfortably and bring a journal and writing tool, water bottle, and anything that helps you feel supported throughout the experience.
Plenty of chairs and a limited number of yoga mats will be available. You're welcome to bring your own yoga mat, cushion, blanket, or anything else that adds to your comfort during meditation and reflection.
PCP Mindset journals will also be available for purchase.
Food & Beverages
The Congregation's upstairs café will be available for purchasing food and beverages, including coffee and tea. Time will be provided throughout the retreat for nourishment, rest, and connection.
Parking & Accessibility
Street parking is available. The venue is accessible, with a ramp and elevator available.

The first 10 people to register will receive a complimentary 30-minute one-on-one session with Deborah Myers of Loving the Life You Choose.
Eligible registrants will receive a scheduling link following registration.
