As technology transforms how we access information, ensuring that everyone can find and choose trusted, evidence-based health information has become one of the defining public health challenges of our time.
Health information is one of the most powerful determinants of health. What people encounter every day influences whether they vaccinate their children, seek care, adopt healthier behaviors, trust health institutions or reject life-saving interventions. Recognizing this challenge, the Nature Medicine Commission on Quality Health Information for All brings together global experts from health, communications, academia, law, behavioral science and culture to develop a roadmap for improving the quality of health information worldwide.
