About this Event
Join Dr. Greg Wu for a practical overview of where dental technology stands today, where it is headed, and how to prepare your practice for the changes ahead. This course explores how dental virtual assistants, connected technology, and AI can support the team from the front desk to the operatory. Topics include AI-assisted radiographic interpretation, voice-enabled dental charting, ambient listening for clinical documentation, call transcription, and automated practice management system (PMS) call notes.
Beyond exploring the tools, participants will learn practical steps to assess their practice’s readiness, evaluate solutions, prepare their teams, and integrate technology into existing workflows in manageable stages. The goal is to help dental professionals anticipate change rather than react to it, with an approach that strengthens efficiency, communication, and clinical decision-making while keeping human expertise and patient relationships at the center of care.
Learning Objectives
- Describe current and emerging dental technologies, including virtual assistants, AI-assisted radiographic interpretation, voice-enabled charting, ambient clinical documentation, and automated call transcription.
