About this Event
Welcome to The Frontier: The Career Moat
Artificial intelligence is changing more than how work gets done.
It is changing what work is worth.
Tasks that once required specialized knowledge can now be completed faster.
Research can be summarized.
First drafts can be generated.
Analysis can be accelerated.
Entire workflows can be redesigned.
That creates an uncomfortable but important question:
WHAT BECOMES MORE VALUABLE WHEN MORE WORK BECOMES EASIER?
Is the answer deeper expertise?
Judgment?
Relationships?
Taste?
Trust?
Leadership?
Distribution?
Ownership?
The ability to define the right problem?
Or the ability to combine several of these things in ways technology cannot easily reproduce?
The Career Moat is an intimate evening from The Frontier for professionals, entrepreneurs and leaders who want to think beyond simplistic predictions that AI will either “replace everyone” or “change nothing.”
The goal is not to predict exactly what every job will look like.
It is to identify the assets, capabilities and choices that may become more important as technology changes the economics of knowledge work.
