💫 About the Event
Your workweek is over. Your weekend deserves a softer beginning.
How often do you carry the momentum, tension, and mental noise of the workweek straight into Saturday?
Join Matt Grenier of Frequency Healing for The Friday Slowdown, an intentional evening of breathwork, meditation, gentle movement, and an immersive sound bath designed to help you transition from the busyness of the week into the stillness of the weekend.
This is your invitation to close the mental tabs, release the tension you've been carrying, and give yourself permission to simply rest.
Through gentle somatic movement, calming breathwork, guided meditation, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and koshi bells, you'll be invited to reconnect with your body and settle into a slower rhythm.
No rushing. No expectations. Nothing to accomplish. Just an hour that's entirely yours.
🌿 What to Expect
Unwind: Settle into the space with gentle somatic movement and calming breathwork to release the week.
Restore: Shift into stillness with a guided meditation, followed by an immersive crystal bowl and koshi bell sound bath.
Integrate: Ease back into the present with an optional reflection to carry into your weekend.
