Whether you love pecan pies, homemade desserts, or simply want to find something sweet for your Thanksgiving table, come enjoy the Pecan Bake Show & Sale at the Historic Riverside Building (110 Saint Lawrence Street, Gonzales, TX 78629) on Monday, November 23rd, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM! Love to bake? We want you to participate! Share your favorite recipe and show off your baking skills by entering the Pecan Bake Show. Categories include cake, candy, yeast bread, miscellaneous (snacks, appetizers, etc.), pie, cookies/bars, and quick bread. Registration is required to compete, and participants must submit their recipe to enter. To make this competition fun, all recipes must include at least 1 cup of fresh pecans and at least one Adams extract or spice. We can't wait to see what you create!
