Now in its 35th season, The Forgotten Carols musical is the longest running, original Christmas show in Utah! Come see what the hype is all about!
Show Synopsis: The Forgotten Carols musical theater stage performance tells the story of Connie Lou, a nurse whose empty life is changed when John, a new patient she is attending, recounts the story of Christ’s birth as told by little known characters in the nativity story. The accounts from the Innkeeper, the Shepherd and others help the nurse discover what the world has forgotten about Christmas, ultimately encouraging her to open her heart to the joy of this special season.
The Forgotten Carols Musical features breathtaking performances of heartwarming melodies and laugh-out-loud entertainment within a timeless Christmas story. Hear your favorite songs, like “Homeless,” from Michael McLean’s original hit album, sung by incredible musical theater performers. Important Venue Specific Information - Cottonwood High School
Are there elevators in Cottonwood High School?
- There are NO elevators in this venue. If you are purchasing tickets in the balcony, you must be able to walk up several flights of stairs to get to the balcony and then walk the stairs to your seat. Please be sure that all members of your party are physically able to walk up the stairs.
Where should I park and enter the building?
- The best place to park is on the north side of the building and enter in the bank of glass doors in the center of the building.
- You can also park on the south side and wind through the building towards the Commons area.
Are there wheelchair accessible ramps?
- Yes, coming in to the lobby from the bank of glass doors in the center of the building (whether parking and entering from the north or from the south parking lots) there is a ramp down to the lobby and then another wheelchair ramp on the west end of the auditorium that takes you into the seating area.

Info: Doors open one hour prior to start time, Act 1 runs approximately 65 minutes, Intermission will be 15 minutes, Act 2 runs 60 minutes. There will also be the post show experience with Michael McLean (10 minutes) and then he will go to the lobby for signings and to take photos.
