Now in its 35th season, The Forgotten Carols musical is the longest running, original Christmas show in Utah! Come see what the hype is all about!
Show Synopsis: The Forgotten Carols musical theater stage performance tells the story of Connie Lou, a nurse whose empty life is changed when John, a new patient she is attending, recounts the story of Christ’s birth as told by little known characters in the nativity story. The accounts from the Innkeeper, the Shepherd and others help the nurse discover what the world has forgotten about Christmas, ultimately encouraging her to open her heart to the joy of this special season.

Hear your favorite songs, like “Homeless,” from Michael McLean’s original hit album, sung by incredible musical theater performers. Why is there a limit on the number of tickets per order?
In order to combat the purchase of tickets by resellers, Eventbrite has suggested we limit the number of tickets to be purchased per order. The ticket limit is set to 9 tickets per order. If you need more tha
Are there discounts available?
This season, we will be offering a $5 per ticket discount for children ages 5 - 15 years old. This will take the place of the group discount. If, however, you have a group of 20 or more, please email [email protected] to discuss further discount options.
Can I bring my nursing baby or young child to the show?
The Forgotten Carols is recommended for ages 5 and older. If you choose to bring a slightly younger child, each person entering the hall must have a ticket. In order to provide a favorable experience for all attendees, NO children 2 and under, including babes-in-arms, will be allowed.
Who is in the cast this year?
This year's brilliant cast includes returning actors: Scott McLean, Lisa Zimmerman, Kyle Olsen and Gili Getz! We are also introducing Dianna Graham this season as Lillian Chamberlain & Sarah! Share the magic of this epic tradition with those you love!
If I can not use my ticket, can I get a refund?
It is industry standard not to offer refunds on ticket purchases. You are, however, welcome to transfer/sell your ticket to another person.
What happens if a show is canceled?
If a show is canceled by the Producer due to illness or inclement weather, etc. you will receive a refund for your ticket purchase. If the show runs as scheduled and you choose not to attend, for any reason, a refund will not be given. Note that shows are very rarely canceled.
Do you offer hearing assistance devices at any of the Forgotten Carols shows?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer these devices. EXCEPT AT CHS and possibly Ogden? Check on this.
Do you have ASL interpreters for any of The Forgotten Carols shows?
We can arrange ASL interpreters, upon request. Requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance to the Box Office or to [email protected]. After that time, we cannot guarantee accommodation of the request.
Will Forgotten Carols merchandise be available at the performance?
Yes, tour exclusive Forgotten Carols merchandise will be available before the show, during intermission and after the show. Note that lines are shorter before the show and the lobby opens 1 hour prior to the show start time.

Info: Doors open one hour prior to start time, Act 1 runs approximately 65 minutes, Intermission will be 15 minutes, Act 2 runs 60 minutes. There will also be the post show experience with Michael McLean (10 minutes) and then he will go to the lobby for signings and to take photos.
