At Align Chiropractic, we believe strong families and communities are built by men who are grounded, intentional, and willing to grow. That's why we are hosting the Forge - a free workout group just for men that focuses on functional strength that leads to better long term function and independence. What to Expect
The Forge is a guided exercise session led by Dr. Sean Hickman, chiropractor and movement enthusiast. Every class is a full body, 1-hr workout involving isometric holds and bodyweight exercise.
All fitness levels welcome - We will regularly assess progress with a personal assessment. The only one you are competing against is your former self!
