The Floros Project is a monthly circle centered around embracing mystery and allowing for the discomfort of the unknown.
Through guided visualization, rhythmic drumming and unstructured meditation, we will explore a single plant ally and their medicine. Participants are encouraged to make art, journal and move their body as they feel called through the meditation with time afterwards to share our collective experience.
The more we practice engaging with mystery and trusting ourselves, the easier it becomes.
