We are coming together with one intention: to rest. To slow down, arrive fully, and let the body lead the way back to stillness.
The Gathering is a two-part community sound bath series taking place in June and July. Each session is a one-hour immersive experience rooted in somatic and nervous system healing. Through the resonance of healing instruments and singing bowls, we create a collective container for deep presence, genuine rest and the kind of quiet that the body rarely gets permission to find.
This is not a class. It's a gathering. Come as you are.
Light refreshments, tea and water, will be provided as you arrive and settle in.
Your Guide, Tiffany Nelson of The Grounded Sound is a trauma-informed sound bath practitioner and yin yoga teacher based in the East Bay and serving the greater Bay Area. For the past two years Tiffany has held space in recovery programs, community settings and private sessions, witnessing firsthand what becomes possible when the nervous system is given permission to soften.
Her philosophy is simple: the body holds wisdom. Stillness is not passive. It is one of the most powerful things a person can offer themselves. Every gathering is an invitation to return to that truth.

✨A limited # of mats and blankets are available at no charge. Reserve one during registration.
✨We also recommend bringing a bolster, eye pillow or mask and pillow. Wear comfortable clothing.
