About this Event
This December, DreamYard invites friends, family, and community to join us for our first-ever Holiday Showcase, featuring works-in-progress created by the youth in our school-based and center-based programs, along with highlights by our artists in residence. We're also excited to share a look into When We Meet, a new artistic initiative developed in collaboration with Kentucky Performing Arts. From visual arts activations to poetry to dance and more, the Holiday Showcase will be a celebration of Bronx youth voice that you won't want to miss. Refreshments will be served; alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
Doors open at 5:30pm for hors d'oeuvres and art activations; the seated program will begin at 6:30pm and last approximately one hour. Everyone is invited to join us in the lobby after for dessert, dancing, and holiday merriment!
