In ancient Egyptian tradition, Sekhmet is the lioness goddess of fierce protection, transformation, healing, and sacred power. She carries the energy of the sun - raw, radiant, uncompromising fire.
In this deeply immersive healing journey held in Brighton’s newest sacred space - The Seahorse Studio - we will enter the symbolic temple of Sekhmet and turn inward to reconnect with the part of ourselves that knows:

- My boundaries are sacred.
- My YES is sacred. My NO is sacred.
- My voice matters.
- My fire belongs to me.
Through guided meditation, breath, sound, and energetic healing, you will be invited to journey beyond the mind and into the body, into the place where your deepest knowing and healing lives.
