Let’s start A Time To Remember with a little sparkle, a cocktail in hand, and a whole lot of yarn.
The Fiber Fête is our opening-night celebration — an intimate evening to gather, catch up with old friends, meet new ones and officially kick off the weekend in true mYak style. There will be cocktails, light bites, plenty of yarn to admire, and some very special people to meet along the way.
Here’s what’s waiting for you:
✦ Meet Isabell Kraemer, our special guest, and discover her beautiful designs at her exclusive trunk show.
✦ Meet Jonna Helin, the Founder and Creative Director of Laine Publishing
✦ Meet Aimée Gille of La Bien Aimée and explore her gorgeous yarns and samples at the Brooklyn General tables.
✦ Book signings, special guests and a few surprises — because we couldn’t possibly tell you everything!
✦ First dibs on the marketplace! Fiber Fête guests get early access to shop our carefully curated group of vendors before the marketplace officially opens.
And what a group it is: Laine Publishing, Brooklyn General with La Bien Aimée, Julie Asselin, The Wandering Flock, Fibre Gentili and mYak will all be there with their beautiful yarns, books and creations.
Expect lots of conversation, plenty of inspiration, perhaps a little too much temptation, and the kind of evening where you come for the yarn and stay because you’ve made three new friends.

There are two ticket options available: a standard ticket with a special gift bag, or a VIP ticket with an even more special VIP gift bag.
