About this Event
Welcome. This group is for people who are looking to really connect with themselves and others, and "do the work".
No abstract discussion of personal development, but a space to feel, share and process what you carry, together with a small group - no more than 6 people.
Could be anything - struggling to find meaning in your work, working through a breakup or divorce, dealing with health issues.
It's not therapy, but not a casual sharing circle either. It's somewhere in between: Safe, warm, but with the intention to genuinely process something and leave a little lighter than you came.
The agenda
Arrival & check-in: A moment to settle in and share briefly how you feel
Introduction of the meetup & rules
Selection of 2 or 3 members who want to bring something to work through. You choose the kind of support you want: hear others' experiences, get empathy and warmth; get questions to help you think; or get advice. Everyone will support you in that way.
Two sessions, with a short break in between
Check-out: closing up, see how everyone's doing.

Who this is for
People who are able to connect with their feelings, and be open to receive from others; who can be curious about others, and hold space for them.
Some experience with (group)therapy, sharing circles or other personal development settings is helpful but not required.
About the host
I'm Marisa, I'll be hosting and facilitating meetings. I'm not a coach or therapist, but I do have a lot of experience
with group therapy and similar safe spaces.
