About this Event
The Event Business Exchange
Presented by Deafine Venue | December 11, 2026 | Ocala, Florida
A New Venue. New Opportunities for Event Professionals.
If you're an event planner, caterer, cake designer, florist, decorator, or event service provider, the venues you work with can play a significant role in the opportunities available to your business.
On December 11th, Deafine Venue is bringing together local event professionals for an evening dedicated to introducing our property, building industry relationships, and exploring opportunities for future business.
We're opening our doors so you can experience the venue firsthand, meet the team, and learn how your business could become part of our growing network of event professionals.
This isn't a vendor market or a traditional networking event. It's an opportunity to explore how we can do business together.
What You'll Experience
1. Discover Deafine Venue
Explore our four acre property in Ocala, featuring:
- A contemporary indoor event space
- Outdoor event areas
- A private garden
- Flexible layouts for weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events
- Access to professional media services through Deafine Media
See the spaces firsthand, ask questions about rental options, and discover how Deafine Venue could become another location you confidently recommend to your clients.
2. Explore Referral & Partnership Opportunities
We're looking to build relationships with event professionals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
During the event, you'll have the opportunity to learn about:
- Potential client referrals for services that complement our venue
- Opportunities to recommend Deafine Venue for your clients' upcoming events
- Future collaborations on weddings, celebrations, and corporate gatherings
- Opportunities to establish an ongoing professional relationship with our team
Our goal is to build a network of businesses that can support one another while providing clients with more options when planning their events.
3. Learn About Our Upcoming Vendor Directory
We're developing a professional vendor directory on the Deafine Venue website to help clients discover event services and businesses in the area.
We'll introduce the concept and discuss potential opportunities for selected partners to receive:
- A business listing on the Deafine Venue website
- Visibility to visitors researching event services
- Links to their business website or booking information
- Potential features through Deafine Venue's promotional content
- Opportunities to be considered when clients request recommendations
Directory participation and promotional features will be based on business fit and partnership approval. Attendance does not guarantee inclusion.
4. Meet Other Local Event Professionals
The businesses behind successful events often work together long before the celebration begins.
This evening will bring together professionals across different areas of the event industry, giving you an opportunity to meet potential collaborators, exchange information, and develop relationships that could lead to future work.
Whether you're looking for a venue to recommend, a caterer to collaborate with, or new professional relationships, you'll be in a room with businesses serving similar clients.
