About this Event
As the day fades, give yourself permission to soften. Join Sabrina of Kanekshun for an evening sound experience designed to quiet the noise, settle the nervous system, and create a little more space within. Through meditation and the vibrations of crystal sound bowls, you will be guided out of the day and into a deeply restorative reset. Mats will be provided. Simply arrive in comfortable clothing, lie back, and let the sound carry you.

What to Expect
· Guided meditation + breathwork.
· Immersive live sound journey.
· Individual SOUND OFF wireless headphones. ·You will be asked to place your phones on silent.
· Valet is available beginning at $35++. There is also street parking around the property.
· Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class if it if you first time, so we can answer any questions beforehand.
· Mats will be provided.
