About this Event
🌿. In this 90-minute experiential workshop, you’ll explore the foundational relationship between breath, body, and voice.
Rooted in the School of Sound approach and drawn from The Song Inside voice pathway, this session introduces gentle yet powerful breath practices that support vocal freedom, nervous system regulation, and ease in self-expression.
Rather than controlling the breath, we learn to allow it — restoring the body’s natural breathing intelligence and releasing habitual tension that constrains both speaking and singing.
Through guided somatic exploration, subtle movement, and sound awareness, participants reconnect with the body as the true home of the voice.
This work supports singers, speakers, and anyone longing for more grounded, authentic expression.
No prior experience with singing or breathwork is needed.
