THE ENERGY WITHINAWAKEN • CLEANSE • PROTECT • ALIGN
Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt comfortable or perhaps a little uneasy, without really knowing why?
Have you ever felt drained after spending time with certain people or environments, or simply felt the need to step back, clear your head and reset?
'The Energy Within' is a four-part journey for anyone who is curious about their own energy and wants to learn simple ways to become more aware of it, cleanse and refresh it, protect their personal space and maintain a practice that works for them.
You don't need any previous experience with energy work, chakras or crystals. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore something a little different.
OVER FOUR SESSIONS, WE'LL EXPLORE:
AWAKEN Sunday 18 October
We begin by looking at energy awareness, grounding and how you experience your own energy and surroundings. We'll also introduce the chakra system and begin working with crystals and sound.
CLEANSE Saturday 7 November
We'll explore different approaches to cleansing and renewal, including salt, botanicals, essential oils, incense and sound, along with simple practices you can bring into your own home.
PROTECT Sunday 22 November
We'll look at personal boundaries and protection, as well as the environments we spend our time in: including our increasingly digital lives. We'll explore practical ways of becoming more conscious of what surrounds us.
ALIGN Sunday 13 December
Our final session brings everything together. We'll explore chakras, crystals, sound and meditation, and you'll have the opportunity to create a simple personal energy practice that you can continue with at home.
THIS IS MORE THAN A COURSE.
Each session has been designed as an experience.
There will be teaching and conversation, but also guided practices, practical exercises, sound, reflection and time to simply slow down and notice what you experience.
You'll have your own participant workbook to work through during the four sessions, along with materials and practices to take away with you.
And because the group is limited to *10 people*, there will be plenty of space to ask questions, share if you want to, and have your own experience of the day.
