November’s Emporium Global Table invites guests to discover Tuscany through a thoughtfully curated multi-course dining experience inspired by the region’s cuisine, winemaking traditions, and sense of place.
In Tuscany, the relationship between food, wine, and the land is inseparable. From the vineyards of Chianti and Montalcino to the olive groves and farms that shape the countryside, the region’s culinary identity has been built on seasonal ingredients, time-honored techniques, and the belief that the simplest preparations can often be the most memorable.
Throughout the evening, our culinary team will explore these traditions through a menu inspired by Tuscan flavors, thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement each course and introduce guests to the character of the region.
Rooted in Southern hospitality and shaped by a global point of view, the experience reflects the spirit of Perry Lane’s muse, Adelaide Harcourt, a Savannah native whose travels inspired her to bring the flavors and traditions she discovered back home to share around the table.
Emporium Global Table takes place on the third Thursday of each month, with every dinner exploring a new destination through cuisine, wine, and conversation.
