September’s Emporium Global Table invites guests to experience Portugal through a thoughtfully curated multi-course dining experience inspired by the country’s cuisine, winemaking traditions, and sense of place.
Portugal’s table is shaped by its landscape, from the Atlantic coastline to the vineyard-covered hills of the Douro, with a culinary tradition that celebrates seasonality, simplicity, and ingredients allowed to speak for themselves. Throughout the evening, each course will explore the flavors of Portugal and be thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement the menu and tell a story of the regions from which they come.
At the heart of the evening is the Douro, one of the world’s oldest demarcated wine regions, where vineyards climb dramatically above the Douro River and generations of winemaking have shaped the landscape and culture.
Rooted in Southern hospitality and shaped by global perspective, the experience reflects the spirit of Perry Lane’s muse, Adelaide Harcourt, a Savannah native whose travels brought worldly inspiration back home to be shared around the table.
Emporium Global Table takes place on the third Thursday of each month, with every dinner exploring a new destination through cuisine, wine, and conversation.
