This Derby Day, we're transforming the Emerson into Melbourne's most luxurious destination for the races — think bottomless champagne, fresh seafood and non-stop energy from our resident DJ, all while you catch every race live on our big screens.
Our kitchen is in the hands of Lobster Buoy, the acclaimed fresh seafood specialists straight from Prahran Market, serving up a decadent spread designed to be paired with endless flowing champagne. Set the scene with styling by Melbourne Event Florals, our in-house stylists, who'll be dressing the venue in elegant, race-day-ready florals and décor.
Whether you're placing bets, sipping bubbles or dancing the afternoon away, this is Derby Day done properly — and with prizes up for grabs throughout the day, the surprises don't stop either.

🥂 Bottomless Ticket — Doors open 1:00pm. Bottomless champagne and seafood live from 1:00pm–3:00pm.
🍸 General Admission — Entry from 3:00pm, includes 2 complimentary drinks.
