Autumn is the season of letting go. Join us in Madison Heights for an evening of ceremonial cacao, a crystal singing bowl sound bath, and a sacred fire release circle. This is a heart-opening ritual to burn away what no longer serves you and make space for what comes next.

We begin by sharing a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, a gentle heart opener honored for centuries to support presence, connection, and intention.
🔥 THE FIRE CIRCLE
Gather around the flames to release what no longer serves you. Name what you are ready to let go of and offer it to the fire, watching the old transform into light.

🧘 WHAT TO BRING
A yoga mat, a blanket and pillow for comfort, a water bottle, and cozy layers for the fire circle.
