About this Event
Kauaʻi | November 12–15, 2026
The Elemental Retreat is a spacious, self-paced healing experience for a small group of women.
Our time will move between shared meals, group ceremony, personalized one-to-one healing, rest, reflection, and connection with the land. There will be enough programming to feel held and connected, with enough spaciousness to breathe and move at your own pace.
ALL ACTIVITIES ARE BY INVITATION
Every offering is optional. Participants can choose how they would like to engage, which practices they receive, when they need rest, and how much individual or shared time feels supportive.
Throughout the retreat, offerings may include:
• Welcome dinner and shared lunches
• Personalized one-to-one ancestral healing
• Bodywork
• Herbal medicine and plant connection
• Suob herbal steam and prayer
• Limpias and Pagpag cleansing practices
• Ancestral listening and spiritual guidance
• Additional care and guidance as needed
Ceremonies will be held on our private family land and bird sanctuary.
SPACIOUSNESS ON THE LAND
On our full retreat days, programming will be offered from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Participants may join the scheduled offerings or choose solitude on the land.
This time may be used to:
• Breathe or meditate
• Move or rest
• Write or journal
• Listen to the land
• Connect with a facilitator
• Spend time with other participants
• Simply be without needing to do anything
This is not a retreat where everyone must follow the same schedule or participate in every activity. Each woman will be supported in listening to her body, honoring her boundaries, and choosing what feels aligned.
