THE EDIT – What Are You Waiting For?A day for women who are ready to put themselves back on their own agenda.
When was the last time you gave yourself an entire day to think about what YOU really want?
Join us at the beautiful Deganwy Quay Hotel for a day of coaching, connection, honest conversations and a little indulgence.
This isn’t a day of sitting and listening to someone tell you how to live your life.
We’re going to dig deep.
We’ll explore what’s really holding you back, the limiting beliefs you may not even realise you have, and the habit loops that keep you repeating the same patterns.
We’ll look at what you want more of, what you’re ready to leave behind and, most importantly, what you’re going to do differently.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy:
✨ Thought-provoking, interactive coaching
✨ Expert insights from Wellness Medical Aesthetics
✨ A beautiful bouquet workshop with Bloom Bar
✨ A delicious lunch and time to connect with other women
Coming alone? Please do!
You won’t be the only one, and you won’t be expected to know anyone. This is a welcoming, supportive space where you can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
No awkward icebreakers. No networking pitches. No pressure to share personal experiences.
And it doesn’t end when you leave.
You’ll finish the day with a meaningful personal commitment, something you’ve chosen for yourself.
Then we’ll stay connected through a private group for 12 weeks, offering encouragement, accountability and support, followed by a group catch-up to reflect on your progress.
Because real change doesn’t happen just by feeling inspired for a day. It happens through what you do next.
