This evening we want to explore and give homage to the distorted designs within the fashion world.
Designers such as Gareth Pugh, Thierry Mugler, Comme Des Garçons (Rei Kawakubo), Maison Margiela, Rick Owens, Gucci, Paco Rabanne, Moschino, Vivienne Westwood & many more have set runways across the globe ablaze with iconic fashion creations.
EVERY category tonight calls for a look INSPIRED by any distorted fashion piece. (Bring a reference picture in case the judges ask for it.)
Find inspiration in a twisted, asymmetrical, unconventional, unproportional or deconstructed DISTORTED fashion design of your choice.
It's up to you to make the DISTORTED theme fit your category with the criteria, silhouette, style, vibe, look, extravagance or simplicity that belongs to it.
