Vendange is the French grape harvest — a busy, celebratory time when the people gathering grapes are traditionally brought together for supper around a generous table. With Brenley and Domaine Evremond close by, and other producers across the wider county, our corner of Kent has become true wine country. This supper brings the two traditions together: hearty French harvest food made with a distinctly Kentish twist.
