An Exclusive Blind Bourbon & Cigar Experience
One Cigar. One Bourbon. No Clues.
Forget the labels, the price tags, and everything you think you know about bourbon and cigars.
Join us for an intimate afternoon of mystery, discovery, and conversation in The Parlor at Bootleggers Cigars & Apothecary.
Each guest will receive one specially selected mystery cigar, presented without its band, and one mystery bourbon, poured from an unmarked decanter.
Together, we'll explore the aromas, flavors, and characteristics of both selections while sharing our impressions around the table.
We'll begin by tasting the bourbon neat, then introduce a few drops of distilled water to discover how the flavors change. Finally, we'll add a single ice cube and explore how temperature and dilution influence the experience. Palate cleansers will be provided between tastings.
Throughout the afternoon, we'll discuss how the cigar develops and how the bourbon and cigar complement or contrast with one another.
At the conclusion, we'll reveal the identities of both mystery selections.

Things to Know Before You Arrive
No Experience Necessary: Whether you're a seasoned bourbon enthusiast, an experienced cigar smoker, or simply curious, everyone is welcome to participate and share their impressions.
Come With an Open Mind: This isn't a competition or a test of your knowledge. The experience is about discovering what you taste, without being influenced by brand names or reputation.
Smoking Is Part of the Experience: This event takes place inside our cigar-friendly Parlor. Guests should expect an indoor smoking environment.
Limited Seating: Only 20 tickets are available. Advance ticket purchase is required. Tickets are available directly through Bootleggers.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 21 or older. Valid identification may be required.

The tasting will take place downstairs in our Parlor, where guests can settle in, enjoy their cigars, and participate in an unhurried conversation about bourbon, tobacco, and the flavors that make each unique.
