Welcome to The Developers Room.
Within The Developers Room we connect you with active property developers, professionals and investors. Every session we provide market updates and insights from behind enemy lines and then... we take real life scenarios, and take them apart together.
No surface level keynotes, no speed dating style round tables and absolutely no sale pitches into training funnels...
Tried and tested architects, solicitors, lenders, brokers etc - they'll all be in the room and introductions can be made.
The Deal Desk - One site. Real figures. The room's verdict.
What is the opportunity? Where is the value? What "strategy" works best?
Purchase price, build cost, planning position, GDV, funding stack. We put the numbers on screen and work out whether it stacks, and where it breaks.
It's two hours with people who do this for a living, working a real deal.
You'll leave with a sharper eye for a site than you came in with.
Nobody is there to upsell you anything.

Who it's for
The Developers Room is built for people actively seeking their next deal: developers, sourcers, land agents and the professionals who work alongside them.
It is open to everyone whether this is your first or 50th deal - and whether you've attended a previous Property Entrepreneurs Club event before or not.
Members and their guests attend for free - if you're not a Club Member yet - come along to try us out.
Run by
Tanner, Sam and Luke. All three are active developers.
Tanner and Sam run Ajito Property, with schemes throughout Hampshire, Bridgwater and Liverpool: commercial schemes (industrial / mixed use), commercial-to-residential, large HMOs and supported living.
Luke runs Arlo Properties and focuses on new builds, short lease extensions and runs ApartHotels throughout the Southampton area.
Tickets
£15 a ticket. Members come free, and can bring a guest free.
Members: click Get tickets, then Enter promo code above the ticket list. Type in your member code (in your welcome email) and your ticket drops to £0.
Members' guests: book their ticket in their name using your guest code, the same way (in your welcome email) . Or send them the code and they can book it themselves. That's one guest per member at each training and networking event.
