About this Event
If you’re looking for a space with other women to move, sweat, and let it all go — come ride The De-Stress Express.
A full-body workout designed to lift your mood and leave stress behind. Accessible for all levels of fitness. The workout will consist of a dynamic warm up leading into strength and mobility training, then ending with a relaxing yoga cool down.
